Another key strand to our customer service, is the ongoing technical support which keeps your storage system running and healthy throughout its life. We strive to resolve your calls within our own S3 help desk, without the complication of vendor intervention.

S3 offer our own help desk service. Manned by our own engineers and consultants, we deliver first class service from our UK service centre. It is staffed by the very consultants that complete our on site installations, fully certified in the products we support. The S3 help desk works as an extension of your own IT department, diagnosing the issues and managing the calls on your behalf.

It’s this experience, personal service and attention to detail which has enabled us to consistently close over 80% of your calls without vendor intervention, over the last 12 months. And we’re very proud of that achievement!
